Use of the site

This website is provided as informational marketing for Fire Truck Repairs. Submitting a service request creates no obligation on our part to perform work until both parties confirm scope, schedule, and pricing in writing.

Estimates and scope

All estimates communicated through the website or follow-up email are non-binding until a written work order is signed. Final pricing reflects parts, labor, travel, and any unforeseen conditions discovered on-site.

Warranty

Specific repair work is warranted per the written work order. The general standard, unless otherwise stated, is a 90-day workmanship warranty on labor and pass-through of any applicable parts warranty from the OEM. Annual inspections and pump tests carry no implied warranty beyond the documented findings at the time of test.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Truck Repairs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of response coverage, missed calls, or contract penalties — arising from the use of the site or services. Services are provided as-is; any apparatus operated after repair remains the responsibility of the department or owner.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
